EVaporative Cooling

Evaporative cooling

When the two kinds of heat are equal, the water temperature reaches the wet bulb temperature of the air. As long as the air is not saturated, the use of recycled water directly (or through the filler layer) spray air can be obtained cooling effect. When conditions allow, you can use the air after the cooling air to reduce the room temperature, this method of air treatment called evaporative cooling air conditioning.

The temperature dropped to the use of a method of cooling air, when the water encounters a hot air flow, they begin to vaporize into a gas. You may also have experienced evaporative cooling, as you replace wet clothes because you feel cold.

Evaporative air coolers

The evaporative cooler is a large fan that draws hot air onto a wet pad. As the water in the wet pad evaporates, the air is cooled and pushed out. The temperature can be controlled by adjusting the cooler air flow. Evaporative coolers are rated based on the amount of warm air they can change in one minute (CFM) and the energy required for their operation. Evaporative cooling works best in dry conditions, and the lower the relative humidity, the easier it is to evaporate from the mat.

Evaporative air cooler, closed cooling tower, start cooling tower and other cooling equipment is the use of water heat evaporation to take away the heat to cool the principle. Under the influence of the received the temperature, the air enthalpy increases, absorbs a lot of heat, to cool the cooling medium effect. Evaporative cooling equipment, one of the important design philosophy is to leave the air, just in the saturated or infinitely close to saturation, in order to achieve the best heat transform performance. Evaporative cooler plays an important role in the process if the evaporative cooler outlet temperature is too high, the flue gas is not allowed to enter the electrostatic precipitators, flue gas temperature as high dust increases, it is not conducive to dust, flue gas temperature directly affects the collection efficiency, and the impact is more obvious.
